Our principal weekly service is Holy Eucharist, held every Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m..
Our worship on Sunday mornings follows the rite of Holy Eucharist from the Book of Alternative Services. On most Sundays it includes hymn singing, Bible readings, a sermon, and prayers, culminating with the Eucharist (also known as Holy Communion). We welcome all baptised Christians, regardless of denomination, to take communion with us. Those who are not baptised or who do not wish to receive communion are welcome to come to the Altar rail for a blessing from the Priest.
Following the service most parishioners and visitors meet in the Parish Hall adjacent to the church for coffee or tea and a chance to talk with each other and strengthen our bonds of community.
We believe you will find our church family very friendly and welcoming, whether you are just coming for a visit or are interested in becoming a member. Why not come and worship with us this Sunday? We will be delighted to see you!
We also hold special services on days of special significance to the Church, such as Christmas and Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday, and Holy Week from Palm Sunday through to Easter. For more information on these services please see our Events page.
Our church offers baptisms, marriages, funerals, and other rites and Christian sacraments. Please contact our Priest following the weekly service or by phone or email for more details.
In the fall, winter and spring months we have a children’s Church School held in our Parish Hall. The children leave the church with their instructor following the Bible readings and return at the end of the service in time to receive the Eucharist or a blessing at the Altar rail. All children are welcome and pre-registration is not necessary.
The Church School also sponsors two foster children through the Christian Children's Fund of Canada and corresponds with them on a regular basis.
This group meets weekly with our Priest to enhance their knowledge of scripture. Check the Events page for information on current activities.
